Toby Greenwood
Toby is Senior Partner and enjoys all types of real property work including commercial, agricultural and residential.
He has also practised as a Family lawyer continuously during his time with the firm, handling numerous high-worth financial settlements. He is a member of Resolution. He also deals with other commercial work, which has included the setting up of the Little Tikes toy company in Europe and suing for commercial slander.
Toby graduated in law at Bristol University and was articled in the Company department of Clifford Turner & Co (now Clifford Chance) in the City. He then completed his articles at Richard Seymour Aram & Co (now Field Seymour Parkes) in Reading, where he was articled to Dick Seymour.
He started at Cooper Son & Caldecott in 1978 and qualified shortly afterwards. He became a partner in 1982 and senior partner in 1992.
Out of hours Toby plays a lot of squash and sings with the South Chiltern Choral Society. He plays cricket for Turville Park Cricket Club and tennis at Peppard Tennis Club where he was on the committee for a number of years. He is a trustee of the “Face of Henley Charity","Chair of Jacarda Trust” and is a churchwarden at All Saints Church, Peppard, where he was also in the choir.
